One-vehicle accident kills motorist

Tuscalossa News reported a fatal one-vehicle accident Saturday in which a 21-year-old Duncanville man ran off the road and struck a tree.

The tragedy occurred on Alabama Highway 117 in Northport when the man lost control of his Ford F150 pickup truck at 4 a.m. The driver was not wearing a seatbelt, and no other vehicles were invovled in the crash. Alamaba State Troopers are still investigating the accident.
