Alabama train accident fourth in a week

Another train accident yesterday claimed the life of a man who fell asleep on the railroad tracks and was struck by a CSX freight train. This incident became the fourth train accident in Alabama in one week.

Yesterday's accident occurred in Jefferson County near Highway 31. Another deadly accident on Thursday killed four men crossing the railroad tracks in a van near Thorsby.

Two other train accidents that did not cause any deaths happened in Bessemer.
