    A report from USA Today says that the U.S. Food and Drug Administration has confirmed at least 14 animal fatalities resulting from contaminated pet foods. The FDA's Center for Veterinary Medicine is still investigating the cause for the contamination of pet foods manufactured by Menu Foods of Ontario, Canada.
