LSU basketball star rebounds from car accident

LSU basketball star Glen Davis was injured in a two-car accident early Sunday morning, but bounced back from his sore ribs and knee with 24 points and 17 rebounds against Alabama Tuesday night.

The Crimson Tide still rolled over LSU with a 71-61 victory, despite the strong performance from Davis. This was a big win for number 14 Alabama over their rival number 13 LSU.

Fortunately, Davis was not seriously injured in the accident. Alabama player Jermareo Davidson, who was recently involved in a motor vehicle accident that resulted in his girlfriend's death. The ordeal has been very hard on Davidson emotionally, but he has also rebounded to play basketball again.
