Car accident claims life of UA student

Early Sunday morning in Atlanta a car with two University of Alabama students went off the road and rolled over, according to a report on DatelineAlabama.com. Tragically, the motor vehicle accident killed 21-year-old Brandy Nicole Murphy and injured senior basketball player Jermareo Davidson.

Davidson was not seriously injured in the accident, and returned to Tuscaloosa Sunday night. Murphy's sorority sisters, family and friends spoke highly of her life, and planned to honor her with a candlelight vigil.

No reports were made about which UA student was driving or the cause of the accident.
