Another tragic bus accident involving the bus going over the side of an overpass occurred on Friday in Atlanta at the I-75 ramp at Northside Drive.

The accident reportedly resulted from the driver's mistaking an exit ramp for a regular lane. As a result, the bus crashed into a barrier and went off the side of an overpass onto a pickup truck. The bus was full of Bluffton University student baseball players, and six pepole were killed in the crash. Amazingly, the driver of the pickup truck was not injured.

The bus was traveling from Bluffton University, a Mennonite-affiliated school in Ohio. The Associated Press reported that nearly 30 people on the bus were injured and being treated in Atlanta area hospitals.
